2. Description of Service

Reax is a free messaging app that allows users to communicate exclusively through GIFs. The app offers the following features:

• Registration and sign-in via Google or Apple
• GIF search via the KLIPY platform
• Sending and receiving GIF messages
• Creating a personal profile with GIF avatar
• Searching for other users
• Syncing contacts to find friends
• Blocking unwanted contacts

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Requirements

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Have a valid Google or Apple account
• Accept these terms of service

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your credentials with third parties. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful information during registration and not to impersonate others.

4. Usage Rules

4.1 Permitted Use

The App may only be used for private, non-commercial purposes. You may:

• Send GIF messages to other users
• Customize your profile
• Search for and contact other users
• Block unwanted contacts

4.2 Prohibited Use

The following activities are prohibited:

• Illegal content: Sending GIFs with illegal, offensive, threatening, or otherwise unlawful content
• Harassment: Harassment, stalking, or intimidation of other users
• Spam: Mass sending of unwanted messages
• Manipulation: Attempts to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the App
• Impersonation: Impersonating another person or organization
• Scraping: Automated collection of user data
• Commercial use: Advertising or commercial activities without permission
• Reverse engineering: Decompiling or reverse engineering the App

4.3 Content Responsibility

GIFs provided through KLIPY are subject to KLIPY's terms of service. You are responsible for the content you send.

5. Chat Requests and Contacts

5.1 Chat Requests

To chat with another user, a chat request must be sent and accepted. Both parties must consent to the communication.

5.2 Blocking

You can block users at any time. Blocked users cannot send you messages.

5.3 Message Deletion

Deleted messages are removed for all participants in the conversation. Recovery is not possible.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 App Rights

All rights to the App, including design, code, logos, and trademarks, belong to the operator.

6.2 GIF Content

GIFs available in the App are provided by KLIPY and are subject to the rights of the respective creators and KLIPY's terms of service.

7. Availability

We strive for high availability of the App but cannot guarantee uninterrupted use. Maintenance and technical issues may lead to temporary outages.

8. Liability

The App is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

• Content shared by users
• Content from KLIPY or other third parties
• Data loss due to technical issues
• Service interruptions

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by User

You can delete your account at any time in the App under Profile → Delete account.

9.2 Termination by Operator

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for violations of these terms of service.

10. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services:

• KLIPY - for GIF search and delivery (KLIPY Terms)
• Google Firebase - for authentication and data storage
• Apple - for Sign in with Apple
• Google - for Google Sign-In

11. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Final Provisions

12.1 Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

12.2 Online Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
